At The Woodburner Company we provide a comprehensive supply and fit service across the East & West Midlands including Solihull and Warwickshire. All our woodburners are installed by our Hetas registered technicans who always leave an install clean and tidy. Our technicans have installed many woodburning stoves in a variety of residential properties, from period properties to new builds, plus a few pubs and glamping sites. STEP ONE

choosing your woodburner

We offer a wide range of Woodburners and have split our favourite, top performing, low emissions burners into 3 simple categories ‘Chimney Woodburners’ ’Non Chimney Woodburners’ and ‘Glamping Woodburners’. Our range goes far beyond this, so if you’ve seen a stove that really rocks your boat and we don’t have it on here, drop us an email and ask if we stock it.

STEP TWO

contact us

Once you’ve chosen your ideal stove, contact us via email or by call John on XXXXX, we’ll discuss the supply and fit in more detail and estimate a pricing for your log burner installation. We may ask you to email us rough measurements of your chimney and for photographs.

STEP THREE

site visit

During your site visit, we’ll take accurate measurements of your fireplace and access the condition of your fireplace to ensure your new log burning stove meets building regulations. We’ll also do a smoke test of your chimney. If you don’t have a chimney we access where & what route your wall flue system could go.

Shortly after we’ll provide a detailed quotation, sometimes with alternative burner options, based on your desires, budget and the Woodburner location.

STEP FOUR

Following this we’ll arrange a time which suits you to come and install your log burner.

If your fireplace requires any modifications our City and Guilds trained team will carry this out. This could include anything from removing an existing fire, fitting a lintel or widening / slimming your fireplace. We will also line your chimney, for extra efficiency.

STEP FIVE

log burner use & after care

After your installation we will make sure your are confident using it. We will demonstrate how to light, refuel and run the stove effectively. We’ll also recommend where to source your logs.

We’ll also provide you with a maintenance plan so your new wood burner is running smoothing, efficiently and is safe.
